Can Anyone tell me where I can get my 74 Duster instrument cluster cleaned, refaced and tested?
 
I don't think you'll find a single shop that does it all in house. Those that offer it all will do either the instrument panel part or the plastic bezel part in house and sublet the other part.
 
I'm looking to get the gauges checked and refaced and get the lens polished to be crystal clear again . I'm not looking to have the bezel restored or have the chrome redone.
 
I don't know the condition of the parts you have. In many cleaning the screens and repainting their needles serves cosmetically.
I'm sure there are very nice used gauges for this year model out there.
The lens is attached to the back side of the bezel with melt stakes. I point this out because the best way to polish the lens ( only way to avoid damaging the bezel ) is to remove the lens and reinstall it. That leads us back to my previous comments.
I have done a lot of these things, for rally panel owners mostly. It is very different from the standard panels such as yours.
