Stop in for a cup of coffee

Wife says she does that occasionally as a better alternative to sleep aids that leave her groggy, those don't. She took two last night because our pug got in front of her and she crashed and burned into the kitchen island counter banging up her ribs pretty bad. I put some Bengay on them too, hope she feels better today, know she won't go in for Xrays without a battle if it keeps up.
Ouch! That sounds like it hurts.

Morning!
Rough sleep. Too many trips up and down the stairs. Flushed hot water tank a couple times, not perfectly clear but dramatically improved.
Last day at home, then into the city for the night. Then BC tomorrow.
Think we will leave the water heater issue until we get back.
Plumber will replace it much easier than i ever could.
We get a lot of lime in ours. A 10 year old water heater weighs twice what it did when it was installed. I had the last one installed. It sure isn't cheap though. That reminds me, I should flush mine out too. Now where's my honey-do list. LOL

We must have some of that smoke here too. The sun is out but it is hazy and a strange yellow/ orange color.

Hope they get the fire under control soon and no one gets hurt or loses their homes.
The one fire has entered the community of Garden Hill. Thats way north, remote first nations reserve.
Massive evacuations all over the north.

Just doing final parts picking off the PT cruiser. Rad fan is a nice size, so out it comes. Was tempted to yoink rad out too. Nah, it can stay. And convertor is going in a seperate pile. I should have about 10 when im done cleaning up the yard.
Guess im hooking trailer up next.

Been quiet here all day. Smoke outside has lifted and going to make some leftovers for dinner and sit on the front porch and have a drink. Cheers !

What’s with Canada’s wildfire problems these days?
