Stop in for a cup of coffee

Man, the world needs showed some nasty weather, here, heck, I trimmed trees and mulching leafs with the mower sending them down the hill, just sat down to relax after I cleaned and shined the inside of the fridge, my body is telling me to stop, but seeing the big smile on sugar britches makes it better.
Thank God we only have my two sons coming for Thanksgiving, MeMikieJr, his beuityful intelligent wife and My granddaughter, and my youngest Creed, less is more here on the hill my friend
I know the feelin! It's just gonna be me and Kitty and all the kitties here as usual!

Before and after. Arghh yep she yakked it up!

Well the pilot will be back tomorrow overall
I can’t complain. It was the alternator which I was guessing. It’s going to cost $900 total for parts and labor but that is going to cover the alternator, belt, new battery, inspection and emission and tax.
Dang Steph...You coulda had that repair done in Viet Nam for bout $127 USD..... :poke::poke:

Well tonight I got the other fender off, and i'm a little smarter than I was saturday, I roped dad into lifting it off after I got all the bolts out. Thank goodness its a desert car and all the bolts came out with minimal force.

I got to it just in time as well because behind the fenders are just starting to surface rust with super minor pitting.

Sweet!

If you have never used Walter cutoff wheels, you should try one.
They are hands down the best by no small margin. We literally ran them side by side on stainless pipe with a plethora of cheaper wheels and they cut faster and lasted longer by a bunch. We went so far as to figure out our cost per inch to cut. And even tho they (Walter) were more expensive up front when you actually look at price per inch to cut it was not even close. And when you are staring at months worth of stainless pipe cutting it makes a huge difference. I know this is a bunch of super welder geek but when you are running pipe for a living you explore these things. We did not calculate the time lost from changing wheels more often. Walter for the win.
