Stop in for a cup of coffee

I placed an ad on B bodies for a headlight bucket. Turbine68rt responded he had what I needed and wants to send it to me free. He appreciates all that i (we) do for the site. He won't take a dime even for shipping. Nice guy and very much appreciated.

Joey's server is probably overloaded with ads! :rofl: :rofl:

Or, too many pages in the Coffee Shop thread. :mob::mob::rofl:

Got the Ramcharger out of off road shop, will be going back. I worked late so couldn't look at/drive it, wife paid and while the steering is a little tighter the wheel is not centered, just a little straighter than it was. I like to face to face these type situations but work sched won't allow me to get in there till Monday so I'll have to call and talk to owner over phone and see what's the deal
Most likely it is aligned. These trucks and ramchargers from that era are famous for the steering box issues causing the steering wheel to be off centered slightly when aligned correctly. Mostly due to wear in the steering box. You have three options: reset the splines at the box, or pull the wheel and set it straight level. Option 3: get a new box entirely.

I’ve done all three…

@Tooljunkie PS when I did the Demon Mopar was much better supported on EFI. Just my own opinion but doing the whole system with one brand is a much better solution. I did the Demon in for the most part all Holley, the tech support was excellent and there is a plethora of forums filled with great tips and solutions. Translated, if I was doing another one I would go all Holley. They are very deep in technical and RnD money, thus a more adaptable easy to use platform. Just my .02 your mileage may vary!
@Tooljunkie

When discussing switching the Charger to EFI, I was told by a well versed engine builder he would only use Holley Dominator or Terminator if going EFI.
