Stop in for a cup of coffee

Remember every fastener has a torque spec!

i learned that the hard way.. i air gunned my u-bolts and couldn't get the rear end to go up or down at all.. spent a year thinking it was the springs.. actually torqued the u-bolts proper and it rides like butter now

BTW.. my challenger always rode too hard and i figured it was the SS springs.. pretty sure i just cranked the u-bolts on it also.. live and learn

So I took the family out to dinner tonight at a little roadside restaurant. Always pretty cool to be eating next to the street. It's a Vietnamese thing.....$27 USD ...KKKKKK

Yup. For many yeard i heard a popping sound from under the power wagon. Turns out it was a busted u-bolt on the left rear, and diff has been shifting on and off the spring centre bolt. I put that truck through lots of crap.

I'm working on the ad for my 66. What should I ask for a starting price? $18,000 sounds like too much. $16,000 sounds better but that doesn't give me much room to deal.

I would start at 18. You can always come down, little hard going up.

I assume you are trying to get 15? go $17,800... settle at 15.5... 17.8 sounds bettter than 18 without being like $17,999
