back read to sometime yesterday. CrazyCuda is more or less down the street, so to say. If you have contact info, I could stop by if it was alright with him. Last nite, I tried yoga for the first time. Beginner's class, easy teacher. One move was like a position I did with shoulder therapy: on elbows and knees and push back on shoulders to curve back. Free chiro! Made a few nice cracks. Today was walk in town to see decorated fiberglass ducks. Then on to Woodman's to spend $170 on groceries and probably walked 2 miles in the store. On the way home, stopped at Sharko's and got BBQ brisket with broccoli salad. Burp, yawn. I think tomorrow is a day off and shopping Sunday down south. Stay well everybody!

Yoga is the way to go, commitment is my down fall but still do my night time lower back exercise poses, one day I hope to touch my back from my belly. Lol. Keep it up, when you get older you'll be glad you took the time. Congratulations on the Brisket and salad, yummy

Prayers for all affected, peace for you and words that will comfort.

I'll hafta make a run to town and see how the collection of those F100s is going. I think the event actually begins today, but there were a few there yesterday. Directly across the street from where that photo was taken is one of the High Schools, where tomorrow they are having their own car show.

They have a Drag Racing Club
Still early in the F100 event, but many pickups were present :D The High School Car Show tomorrow is being run by the school's Cross Country Team not the Drag Racers :realcrazy: All proceeds go to the Cross Country group.
