Stop in for a cup of coffee

There is some home field too, brother who is a Duck Alum came up a long time ago and we went to the game up here, think U of W shocked them iirc. Brother says he's worried about this game but also was worried about USC
I'm thinking 2022, but I think that was in Eugene. Oregon was highly ranked that year as well

A small bowl of blueberry oatmeal this morning. It was good.

@memike, I found some Apple Cider Vinegar gummies at Wal Mart. They aren't necessarily cheap but more fun to take than a shot of raw vinegar. ($8 + for 60) You mix your vinegar with honey if I remember correctly. That would ease the pain. LOL

Wow, never seen this Mike, thank you, I will indeed look into it.
Have a great day and happy Thanksgiving to you and your family today

Here's a few more pics from my trip, anyone ever used "Cold Case" radiator? I liked the Scamp

Different situation with all my friends here, we help each other.
Same here. Very rare to not have someone drop everything and help. My buddies company is handling all the snow for me this year due to surgeries.

Just ran into something similar here a few days ago. Neighbor bought himself a wood lathe for his birthday, and he “just stopped by to chat”.

He’s NEVER “just stopped by” before.

Conversation quickly went to something like, “Do you have an engine hoist?” (And I’m pretty sure he knows damn that well I do.)

4 hours later, after getting the lathe off his truck and it into his shop using MY TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT, I could get back to finishing my projects (winterizing everything and getting ready for the snow).

So I’m out there, in the dark, moving things around and pulling the batteries out of trucks, boats, and campers, when I see him walking by with his little “kick dog”. Doesn’t look my way, doesn’t offer to help, doesn’t even wave….

I guess for Thanksgiving this year I’ll be thankful I busted my *** and worked late so I could get all of my winterizing done JUST IN TIME, as it started snowing the very next day.
No good deed goes unpunished!

A little rant.
My wife left saturday for BC. Everybody around me knows my situation. My best friend Ron has been off on vacation for 2 weeks and is hanging out every day, working on his truck. Feeds the shop pellet stove and helps me move stuff. And in the evenings my son stops by to check on me and loads pellet stove in basement..

Here’s the thing- if a friend’s spouse goes away for a few days, we always try to make a point to invite said friend for meal. A few have taken us up on the offer, but it seems none seem to be offering me the same courtesy. Other than Ron, but i see him every day, dont want to hang out in evenings too. Although his wife is an excellent cook.

Should this bother me or am i overthinking it?
Im not one to show up on a doorstep looking for a meal even though some said it was ok. I’d prefer an invitation.
If you were anywhere close we would feed ya, time your wife got home you would be five pounds heavier!

wow

Last pics for today from trip North, think van/truck was sold. He had a van/truck inside that the motor was mounted behind the cab, think it was buried, will look for the pics later.
