Stripe Location

Can anybody help me with stripe installation on my 68 cuda? Need reference points or measurements for installinglower body stripes, bought the stripe kit from Classic Industries and the didn't send install info.

OK, Fishlover,

Here are the dimensions; I measured with a tape measure held as close to perpendicular to the door bottom as possible:

Driver side 5-3/32 inches.

Passenger side 5-3/16 inches.

The photos are not really clear because I couldn't really hold the camera steady while keeping the tape measure perpendicular with the tang hooked under the door bottom and with the tape held against the stripe. That is the reason I supplied the actual measurements without the virtually useless pictures.
