Recently I have noticed that whenever I hit my brakes my '66 dart pulls to the left. upon inspection I noticed that I had a cracked strut rod bushing on the side you can see from under the hood. So I ordered the strut rod bushings and it comes with all 4 of em for in front and behind the k-member, so I want to replace all of them. So my question is, how do I take my strut rods out in order to change them? Thanks for any help! -Kory

You will have to remove torsion bars, lower ball joint, then you might be able to get the strut out/in.You might have to remove the lower control arm?I had mine all dis-assembled when I replaced mine.Good luck.

Yeah, just did it on a 59 Charger; Torsion out, lca out, pain. You might as well rebuild the whole front end, while doing it. The lca bushing need to be pressed by a pro, uppers can be done at home, but local shop, $100 if you supply parts is easier.
