The only individual parts that are the same are a couple of the seals. As a whole assembly with a chunk of the roof panel......probably....if the contour is close and you have a good body shop weld it in for you. I think if I wanted to go to all that trouble, I'd get a new one or at least one off a modern car that has a better design. Those old cable crank ones are a pain.
