Housing came from Quick Performance without a drain plug. So while it's still bare, now's the time to add one.

Drilled the hole with a 1" hole saw.

Used a piece of 3/4" female steel pipe.

Plug installed. Off to powder coater.

Received the SS gas tank, fuel pump and sending unit from Tanks, Inc./Summit.

Made some small x-members to support the tank.

Test mounted the fuel LS type regulator/filter. Got it from Magnum Mopar.

I skipped a step here. I ordered my wheels and tires a while back. They came before I ordered the rear end so I could measure accordingly. Weld Racing S77B's. 18" X 7" Front w/225 40 18"s. 18" X 11" Rear w/ 315 40 18"s.

Matching numbers sort of 6.4 in a 64.
If this car does not have a full frame, Do not forget to weld in sub frame connectors or you might get some twists which you don't like.

Plumbing help. Radiator/Transmission line(s) is inverted flare. The "flare" does not seat. The "hex" part bottoms out before the flare seats. Need to go from inverted flare to -6AN.

Looks like thats a JIC fitting.... Try a 3/8 NPT to 6AN... Just my 2 cents...

It's definitely 5/16 inverted flare. I think I found a fitting with a long threads.

Plumbing work. Made a bulkhead for the heater and and AC lines.

More plumbing. On to the trans cool lines. Fabbed some 2013 6.4L to 1964 Plymouth adapters.
