I hope my 3/16 of an inch difference in upper control arm location doesn't cause too much of an issue. However I don't even know if I'm getting a true measurement since it looks like at some point the driver side took a straight on hit.
Any ideas on how I should measure it out since I'll need to square the rear end also.

You square the rear end on its own. Then you can establish your front suspension mounting points etc.
