1966 Dart wagon use a different length leaf spring(eye to eye) than a car? I saw that the SW wheelbase is only 106.

No all A body wagons are 106" WB and all early A bodies use the same spring length Dart or Valiant, there were HD springs available in A bodies they were 5 leaf if I remember correctly. The floor pan makes the WB difference in the 2 and 4 door cars and the driveshaft is also different on these cars. The wagon production was low enough that's why they are all the same wheelbase. Also note the front eye of the spring bushing and bolt size change at least twice through the years on all A bodies. A little edit Dart and Valiant early US A bodies are different wheelbases 106" for Valiant and 111" for Dart 2 and 4 door cars, all wagons are 106" Canadian 2 and 4 door are 111" I believe, Canadians chime in if I am wrong on your cars.

SS springs a direct bolt in or the front spring hanger needs to be changed out?

You can unbolt the front spring hangers from the body and drill the eye bolt hole to what ever size your front bushing thru bolt size is and just buy the correct bolt and nut size. I would recommend you get grade 8 bolts and nuts.

SuperStock springs were a bolt-on with no modifications on my 65 dart Convertible, they replaced the HD springs that had a broken leaf on one side.

No, all A-body rear leaf springs will interchange if you use the correct bushings and brackets that match the spring. There are 4,5, and 6 leaf versions however depending on needs/desires. On a wagon, I would recommend 6 leaf ones. Check with ESPO and General Spring for choices and prices.
