73 dart. to mount the sway bar do I need to locate/drill new holes to mount it or are the threaded holes already there? thank you for your time. RR

depends on the bar, depends on the mounts.

be specific as possible, with pictures for the most help.

there is a complete OE setup for sale here. with mounts/LCA's/tabs etc. shipping would be a bear but I have too much lean going around the corners

it will be about the easiest set up to install. you *might* have to drill some holes for the bar mounts-- everything bolts together, nothing is threaded.

remember that 64~66, 67~72 and 73+ are all their own entity and only work with their respective K member.

On a '73+ K frame the sway bar goes though the K frame, and the mounts are just flat bars that span the saddle area on the outside of the K frame. The holes are already there, because they're actually a kind of tab that's on the K frame. These are from my '74 K frame, sorry they're not better but I was taking pictures of something else in both cases. In the second one the nut is the front end of the LCA pivot for reference.

This is a Hellwig bar and hardware (beefy plates!) but the stock hardware is actually very similar in appearance. The green indicate the mounting holes on the K frame shown earlier.
