Swinger Emblems

I have three "Swinger" emblems and one emblem that says "CUSTOM". All the back post are good on all emblems.

Does anyone know what the "CUSTOM" emblem may have come off of? I found it in a box of things I picked up at a yard sale. It has a Dodge marking on the back of it.
