Tail Light Lens

I am in the process of reworking the taillight lens on my 72 Dart. I thought they were trimmed in silver but they look more like a "dirty" white. What is the correct color?

My first try with the silver was to dark. It didn't look right. Second try was with a light argent. Looks good.
