I'm looking for a good reliable service that can restore my power brake booster and Kelsey Hayse calipers. Does anyone know someone they would recommend to do this for me.

Booster Dewey rebuilt my power brake booster used on my factory power disc brake equipped 1969 Dart Swinger 340. He did an outstanding job, the thing worked perfect when I installed.
He was reasonable in price too, I highly recommend him...
As far as the Kelsey Hayes caliper build, there have been posts on this forum, over the last 6 months, where some local shops rebuild the calipers for a reasonable price.
Depending on what you want, the cost can be cheap or expensive (adding stainless steel bore sleeves is great for long term usage but pricey).
Use the search function on this forum and you should come up with some claiper rebuilder names...
