Taurus Fan Test. Need Feedback!

to me it sounds like a dry roller/ball bearing. Because it makes noise when coasting down.
 
They both run super smooth at speed and I don't notice the noise over the sound of the air moving. It's only when the motor seems to be off and the fan is turning. I see little clips on the blades the appear to be balancing clips. Other than the clicking, it seems to run good. I think I'll just take my chances and run the original that I got
