Has anyone used a paint gun from TCP? I am looking at this set http://www.tcpglobal.com/itemdetail.aspx?itemno=TCP+G7000 Just looking for opinions before I buy anything.

I actually own that set of guns. I won it from a contest TCP had a few years back. It's a cheap set but the primer gun sprays great. I never tried the finish gun with paint costs so high. I use my Iwata for that. Dan

Those guns are likely a repacked and different colored harbor frieght gun (sata nr92/5 knockoff)
I figure pay $10 for $10 guns.
I use the hf gun for some things, but they waste a bunch of material and generally make a mess.
I just bought a used iwata supernova on ebay, id rather use that for base and clear (or use hf gun for base) than have this set.

I have that set. I'm not a pro, I just wanted to lay a couple of decent coats on and block it smooth (single stage urethane). I did my interior with the detail gun... smooth enough to leave un-sanded.
Worked just fine for me, actually a pretty good deal.
Now I'm going to to a basecoat/clearcoat job on my friends car.
