tellme what tranny this is out of

I have a 833 tranny and have been told it was
out of different cars and trucks please set me straight. On the front is BB 14 79 C13546 B
on the tail shaft is C99539 SS on the side is PP833 3319

Is there a series of number stamped above the pp883 3319 numbers. Should be built around May 1970.

Something like 0B244888

That would help.

Also does the tailshaft have one or two sets of shifter mount lugs. 2 sets is a B/E trans.

Got any pics of it?

If it's an A body I might be interested in it.

Rob it has 2 shifter mounting places and I found a 2 beside the SS 2 stamped on the tail shaft, nothingelse I can find and it has been cleaned and painted. Thanks for any help, hell al I'm asking is a 100 bucks and everybody wants it but ain't got the money and I don't have a layaway plan. what is the BB 14 70 on the front stand for? steve

Steve, the rest of the casting numbers really don't help. Probably out of a 70 B or E body, possibly a 71 model year.

Shoot me a picture of it and I'll likely take it from you. No layaway, maybe a bit of storage until I can figure out how to get it here...
