Had a guy look right at the hood of my 67 dart where it days DODGE in big letters and ask me if it was a ford galaxy.

I was at an ARCO station filling up when a gray-haired man came over and asked me why it said "Plymouth" on the side of my car (I'm gray-haired too, the guy in the foto is the previous owner). Never figured out exactly what his doubts were.

Put a “NOT A DART” stripe on my Scamp windshield and it’s still called a Dart (or Duster or Valiant).

Obviously someone put a "Plymouth" decal on your chevelle for some unknown reason.

I get "Starsky and Hutch" about my 73 Satellite.
I could almost see it if it had a Road Runner stripe.

In my previous top banana '70 Super Bee, I'd get "just like Dukes of Hazard"
Every now and then I'd get "ain't that car supposed to have a wing?"
At least they were in the right family.

I don` get much confusion on my 68 fast back, but most think its a hemi when they hear it and ask. Has 440 badges underneath the form S badges.
