Thinking of selling....Would you Pay $7000.00 for this?

-
I would absolutely and i would possibly pay more. Ive seen a rolling chassis and body of a 68 Charger go for that much.

Sounds like you better keep the Duster. If you sell it you will regret it in the future.

wow some one cleaned this thing up who ever did it thanks ..... now u said u love the car keep the thing idk there .. but around here theres always a c body laying some where i know where there are 7 i only know where 2 dusters areand there not for sale man pick the duster !!!! jmo agin lol

I have decided to keep it. The emotional attachment to the car is too strong to let it go. As my daughter said " It's been a part of the family since I was a baby" was the nail in the coffin for not selling it. I really love the Monaco It is a cool car and all but I got to keep the peace here at home and if I were to sell my Duster, there would be some broken hearts. My wife has indicated to me that she is going to give me enough cash when her disability gets approved for me to completely get all the flaws repaired body wise. Drive train is strong and car runs excellent.

If I could swing the cash I would do so in a second but work is slow right now and Sears is in some financial trouble which is very worrisome to me right now.

Good for you and the family for keeping it.That would've been a good deal for someone.

C;bodies ar nice but you better look at that car a little closer. If I am correct and its all original. It is a full frame c-body. It has a cable shift trans with a rear pump and a ball and trunion drive shaft.

No later transmossions will work in that car. The shifter is also on its own. You will never find parts for this car if it ever needs any. and it will be hard to upgrade without ruining its value . And at twice the cost to repair it.

If you want a c-body stick with 66 and newer. Also these cars are not like your Duster. Wait until you see what parts cost if you can find them. And when you are all done it will still be a lead sled compared to your Duster.

Don't jump if you don't know what your jumping into. It could be a bottom less pit.

65 on back b and c-body cars better be mint if your not building a race car out of it or have the funds to afford them. They will drain your pocket quick. I restored my share. $$$$$

Keep the Duster it will always be affordable and now they are making parts.
