Should check guides and valve seats on any new heads you plan on putting on. Heard all about guides being too tight and bad sealing seats right out of the box

Yep,,Trust no one.........Went thru mine.Other than thin seat margins they were good.Redid 3 angle seat and valve and all is good.

Mostly they were pretty clean, but there were 3 or 4 valves that were full of aluminum/bronze dust.
