Thread sealer

-
should be a compression fitting so sealing the threads wouldn't do anything. Now sealing the fitting that screws directly into the radiator is another thing and thread sealler there would be recommended.

Some anti-sieze is a thread sealer.
Any inverted flare/tube fitting is self sealing.dont use sealant.

Loctite 545 will resist brake fluid and trans fluid
I believe the Mopar lines into the trans and into the radiator are pipe threads

Yes, the fittings are 1/8' NPT x 5/16" flare. A small amount of sealer on the pipe threads only is fine. Pipe dope, Leak Lock, Gasola, etc. I do not use teflon tape. The problem with it is the second time you put it together, the leftover bits get shoved in.

The transmission lines are inverted flare fittings. The threads on the fittings are straight threads and do not seal anything, so putting sealer on the threads accomplishes nothing. The seal is made with the female inverted flare in the transmission line when it tightens into the male inverted flare in the transmission cooler fitting in the radiator. If you have a leak there, what's most likely happened is the female inverted flare on the transmission line has gotten a hairline crack in it. Common issue. Remove the line and look at the flare very closely with a magnifying glass. If you see it's cracked, there's probably enough to cut that end of the line off, slide the threaded fitting back on and reflare the end. Make sure you double flare it, or it will not hold up or seal.
