[WANTED] Threaded Pistol Grip Shifter Handle

I'm looking for a woodgrain pistol grip shifter handle like the one shown in the picture. Not sure who made these but it has a threaded fitting on the bottom end for threading it onto a shifter that would normally have a ball or T-handle. Note that the threaded end is angled.

Wasn't there a company called Gunslinger who made pistol grip shifter handles?

They make pistol grip handles but not like what is shown in the picture. That one was made by another company that I believe is no longer in business.
