Has anyone used any of the new cheater or thumper cams out there and what are your thoughts on them?

Hey Cecil I have a Thumper In my 340 that was suggested to me by comp cams, I woulda swore I posted the link and the vid of my car running but guess not. I have 1500 miles on the muthr thumpr full hyd roller. Its a 408 built by Joe Sherman that dynoed over 570 HP. Only problem is it just started having some heavy valvetrain noise and I think there is at least on bad lifter. Joe is going through it now and I should know what happened soon. Joe says he ahs had a few of the comp lifters go bad over the years but it's not common.

Thanks for the info guys. I was wondering if anybody lost some bottom end torque because of the overlap?
