If he doesn't smarten up and charge her with felony assault and battery she's going to be taking those balls home to the new house on the island she just bought and he won't be attached to them

It doesn't matter down here. The worst she could be charged with is domestic violence. Since the cops never interviewed him there isn't going to be any charges, they can't prove anything. This is a no fault state so you can get a divorce for any reason, infidelity, or whatever makes no difference here. She'll get half of his stuff but probably not any future income.

Word on Yahoo was that the cops did get a statement from him and his lawyer that`s why they let him fly to arizona for special plastic surgery and dental re-construction , thats according to Pat Burns an ex cop NHL coach who lives in Tigers neighborhood and has become friends with the local PD , apparently he stated she hit him in the face from out of nowhere twice with a 9 iron before he bolted and tried to drive away where she broke 2 windows causing the crash . Most states have Domestic Violence laws that don`t give the PD the choice if they have any knowledge some one is going in for the night on policy then the DA has policy of charging in every case then the courts have a policy etc... but my point was that she is going to clean him out by divorcing him so he should charge her and grab his kids before she can start the smear campaign we`ve all seen what happens in divorce better he get up on her now so in the end they can only screw him back to even instead of her getting up now and screwing him into the ground later.

Police reports are a matter of public record, if that was the case she would have already been arrested and charged. She hasn't been. Tiger got only a careless driving ticket in the accident and was not required to talk to the police, which he didn't. He is/was free to go anywhere he wanted to go.
Still she won't get more than half his money, this state allows for no alimony unless it's rehabilitative. She was a working model, she can support herself. She will get custody of the kids though, although they call it shared custody, that's just the way it is here. And he will pay child support, a lot of it.
He'll still have plenty of money for himself though, he makes a ton of it.
