Can anyone identify what year/motor Mopar this timing cover is made for?

no timing marks= early like 64-67, timing on passenger side= 68-69ish, 70 timing went to driver side internal installed crank seal and 79-90 went with external installed crank seal. past that the water pump cavity looks like a hurricane sign.
