Is there a special tool for removing the guides and/or rollers that are mounted through the window glass ? Looks like maybe something similar to that used on a die grinder ? Who sells 'em if so ?

I can't recall a guide or roller mounted through the glass. Only a plastic rivet attaching the bottom of a door glass to the regulater. Best approach to that thing I have found is to drive the center pin on through it rather than try to back it out. If it breaks anyway it can be replaced with a 1/4" dia bolt and a small piece of 1/4" fuel line , 2 flat washers, and a nyloc nut.

Oh yeah - I may post pics if necessary. It's a 73 Swinger, hardware is mounted through holes in glass in 3-4 locations.

Got an answer over at Moparts - needlenose into the two holes then grab with pliers and unscrew - I'll give it a try.

There are wrenches made for those type nuts. My 4 inch side grinder came with one (for instance). A well made 90 degree snap ring tool or similar would be worth a try.
