One of our members here, toolman, had mentioned using coffee filters to wipe down cylinder bores as they leave no lint.

I have to say that he is 100% correct as I tried this on my Jeep build. Thanks for the tip Toolman! I meant to post this about a month ago but kept forgetting.

I used to use the brown institutional style paper towels but this works great and I never would have thought of it in a thousand years. Filters are cheap and I always have a handy supply around since I'm a coffee drinker. Great tip!
