Do you have an original one that's bad? If so, JS Restorations can rebuild your original switch. I know he was back logged with work from a recent health issue. Not sure if he's taking on new work just yet. It would be worth looking into though.
Can you take a pic of yours so i can compare it to the one I have?

...is what I did. Take a good thick lead wire (8-10 gauge wire) from the middle of the toggle (HOT) to the copper lead on the circuit breaker. You will also probably have to remove the pins on the existing wiring. Not sure what to do there as mine was already hacked. Previous owner just used a similar switch in my case and wires were getting too toasty (no 35 A Circuit Breaker). So I did a little research and looked at the original FSM and came us with this. These two together is essentially what Ma Mopar did. Sorry cant help with the Top Switch bezel.
