torque converters

probably an old question, but converters have changed in the last 20 years so what are some suggestions?? 69 Dart GTS w/a 440 purple stripe 509 lift cam 10 to 1 comp 850 DP holley in fender headers and a dana with 410's, cheetah manual VB ...not a strip car but I want to play as well as a driver
