I am restoring a 1966 Cuda. Would like to know what is involved in putting torque thrusts D's on the Cuda. It has 4 inch bolt pattern. Torque thrust D's only come in 4 1/2 inch bolt pattern. Questions on back spacing and what size tires can be used. Your help would be appreciated.

Have you got 13 or 14 inch wheels at this point? When I got my 66 it had a /6, 13s, 7 1/4" and 9 inch drum brakes. It now has 8 1/4" rear end with 10' brakes, front disks, and 14 ' tires. American still makes 14x6 mags with the big bolt pattern I believe. As I remember, the back spacing will work as long as you don't go too wide.
This is all for memory. If I am wrong, someone please jump in.

PS Posts some pictures .

If you are just after the torque thrust look Coys Wheels makes a similar looking wheel that is available in the small bolt pattern in both a 14 inch and lots of 15 inch sizes with a variety of center finishes. They also have larger sizes if interested in the pro-touring look.
