I'm ready to re-install my torsion bars back into my
Dart. But not sure of is do I tighten up everything
and then put the bars back in? I have the car up
on jack stands. Also do I put grease in the cross
member where the bar goes through to get to the
lower control arms after the bar is in place. Really
kind of lost at this point.

I installed and torqued everything down first, then installed the torsions last, with some grease, and don't forget the torsion boots on the front side of the cross member.

What are you tightening up? The LCA and everything should be in place. Take a little grease or never seez and put on the hex end small end goes towards the front and tap them in place. You don't want to tighten the ride height tabs until you get both in. Grease both ends, fill the boot up with grease and put the clip in. It really does make the job easier if you have a tool that clamps around it so you can beat them in.

The lower control arms(where they come through the k-frame)are the last thing you tighten with the car on the ground. If you tighten these you before, you will destroy the lower control arm bushings.

Just wanted to start off and say thanks to everyone
who has replied.
I had everything in place and tightened except for
the torsion bars. I now have my torsion bars in place.
Not to bad of a job after all. Used a little Dawn Dish
Soap to get the torsion bar boots on. That turned out
to be the hardest part of the hole job. I still have to
put grease in the torsion bar boots and finish putting
them in place. With that said is there any special type
of grease that you have to use?
