tourshion bar directions front to back????

i know theres a left and a right but do i put the letters L / R facing rear of car or towards front or does it not matter
and yes ill be installing them last sense i have no suspension under the car now

I put the L and R to the front of the vehicle. I also put the torsion bars in last and ended up taking a bit of the suspension apart. I'd slide them through the crossmember and then put the suspension on

never made it that far as normal some thing got in the way
so any other updates would be great
