I use a portable 12v winch to drag dead cars in to my shop (I have a steep incline right at the door )
it was only $79 (on sale I seen them for $39) I got it at either northern hydraulic or harbor freight . it is 20,000 pound rolling load capacity - 2000 pound dead pull- 6 feet per minute (not fast but it works)
I have used this for over 10 years with only 1 failure caused by my partner. Like I say it is portable -will slip over a trailer ball and pull from there or as I have done -made a permanent mount on my shop floor. I abuse this thing constantly. I am about to buy another one

i see they cut the rolling load down but will still load a car fine

thanks outlaw,i was looking on both them sites before i posted but didn't think they were anygood at that price.

was looking on ebay to and they have some about same and more load for about the same in price but hit you pery hard on shipping.

i know harbor freight is free over some much$$.

plus theres a harbor frieght about 75 miles from me.

might just have to tell the wife you want to go out for lunch and go by the harbor freight store and tell her heck we might as well go in and lok around :thumrigh:
