Trap door air cleaner question

Hi, I picked up a single snorkel air cleaner with a trap door on the bottom to put on my 71 Scamp now that we have an Edelbrock 1406 carb. What does the orifice on the back of the air cleaner attach to. Any pictures would be appreciated. Thanks

Any manifold vacuum line, you can just put a Tee fitting in the line to the choke pulloff.

Perzactly. Manifold vacuum keeps the trap door closed under low/moderate acceleration. Stick your foot in it, vacuum drops, the trap door opens, and you get tons of inbound air for the carb.
