I am trying to find the three fasteners for the cursive "Barracuda" Script non-threaded little spikes. What exactly do these clips look like (photo one)?

And I have this hard rubber molding of some kind (now evidently broken into two pieces) that I am still befuddled about where it belongs, if anywhere (photo two)?

The fender emblems use a self threading/sealing speed nut to hold them on.
