it looks like this ebay item 320285397884 . flat on bottom and one side with a little "wing" on it.
Installation tip: use making tape to hold it in place while the glue sets. Don't close the trunk until the glue dries, If you shut the trunk, it will push it out. Oh, and glue the ends together. Where the two ends meet goes toward the lock.

Metro Rubber has it and its "NOT" the D style. It should be the more flat style.
