I have a 67 barracuda with a small block. I have p/s and tti headers. Does anyone else have issues with the header hitting the p/s box. Mine is about 3/16 or less from the box. When the engine is running and you rev the engine you can see the one header tube hit the p/s box.

Long ago I did. I bought the Schumacker mounts and isolators to make sure my engine was located properly before I called tti to ***** them out, but they ended up with about the same clearance you describe, but they're not hitting...

Good motor mounts?

I did the same but IIRC .25 on one side, .375 on the other to level the carb pad, and to get the pitmam arm under the tubes. As it was, the trimmed pin has been occasionally rubbing for lo these many years since 1999, lol.
Mine's a 68, with a 70 Duster K, 71 demon brakes, 73 Dart steering, yadayadayada.
