My drivers side header won't mount flush because it is hitting the starter. Any solutions?

What year and type of vehicle did the mini starter come from. I have tti headers in my 74 duster 440 and no clearence problems with starter.

No issues here, 440 with large tube TTI's with mini starter. Possibly you have incorrect headers for app. or something wrong with the headers... more info on build will help.

Switched from shcumacher try-y's to 2 inch TTI's on my 440 Demon. Mini starter fit the try-y's but hit the TTI's. There is a couple of different styles of mini starters. I had the same problem. Bought a Dakota starter which has a shorter armature and bolted right in place.

67 Valiant 440 TTI shorty headers. Regular mopar mini starter won't work. Had to order on from RobbMc.
