I have always wanted one but cringed at the price of these things..... So I modified my Connecting Rod vise and now have a dual purpose tool. I need to get the right hardware for final attachment of the wheels tomorrow but for 20.00 bucks and an hour or two I was pretty happy with the result..... It will do down to 1/8" and hopefully up to 1/2".

Now that's ingenuity! I take it the con-rod tool is kinda like a mini press for bushed rods?

Looks like it works as intended!

That is exactly what it is.... I rarely assemble motors anymore so it needed a facelift lol....

I just threw the tube on the floor and rolled it between the cement and a board. When it stopped thrashing about like a fish out of water, voila!lol

Sounds about right. My partial intentions with building this was because of the price they put on these things.... Someone is looking for an early retirements check from the prices I have seen lol....
