tubular upper contol arms

I am installing a set of tubular upper contol arms. There are from CAP automotive and they are the Stainless ends not Heim joints. I have a few questions maybe you can help me with. There is some slop between the stainless ends and the Frame (where they mount) I put some 5/8 washers there to take up the slop. Do you see any issues with that. Second. Did I leave the factory accentric bolts it or do I replace them something different. And is a pain to align. It seems there is a lot going on with the slots and the adjustable ends, I am just not really sure where to set it up. Any help would
would be apprciated.

I used the factory concentric's, but used new ones...I got mine from CAP too, they worked out fine. The new bolts are still available, I couldn't see spending all that money and tieing it in with 40 year old bolts.
