Tuff Wheel - opinions/info wanted

Trivia:
No tuff wheels were factory installed with manual steering.
In all the years I've been yarding and parting, this has proven itself time and again.

Also, if anyone knows, does the 860 wheel come drilled for the adapter or will I have to do that?

The 860 has to be drilled for the Tuff/Rim Blow adapter, and also drilled and tapped for the Tuff horn switch. I have the 860 in my Dart with the factory adapter and horn button, wasn't hard to do, just be sure to mark it correctly before you drill.
