Turbo action 3800

Turbo Action 3800, does anyone run one of these on the street ? What convereter do you run street and strip wise. Tried a TA 4400 but too much slip on street, GREAT on the drag strip though. I presently have a TCI street fighter 10 " 3500 that stalls 3200 in my car as set up. Just wanted to know what you are using out there and what stall you have with it. Also does anyone know what the factory converter stalled behind the 340 's ? Thanks.

I ran a TA3800 on the street behind a mild 340. It was more converter then the combo needed but it pulled hard and actually had better drivabilty then the cheap 10" I had before.

I have a 8 inch TA 3800 series converter if that is what you are talking about...it is in 71Demon ..and flashes to 4800 rpm at the drags...

dont know how it would drive on the street...
