there were some very nice cars there , big bucks the swap meet if you where not in to chevy or ford not worth the the time of day . make sure your belly has got something in it before you go in two sausages two ice tea's 25$ what a rip off .the entrance fee went up to 15$ a head . i stopped at a soft seal guy to ck on some weather strip . the fellow told he dont carry any mopar stuff ,none ,zip, nothing . i told my son it was going to be this way ! but we went any how . unless your going to look at the cars dont bother going to fine mopar few an far between here all there where two people selling mopar stuff an im sorry i new them both trade with them all the time , i ask them if they sold much.they said if it wasnt there back yard they would not be there . they had not made enough to pay the lot fees

Definitely not much there for mopar guys. We're headin back today with my Barracuda and my Dad's Challenger..only really because we got in for free this year. It's an "okay" show. I cannot stand how the show cars, for sale, and all the random cars are in the place. I can't understand their organization.

Sounds like it must have changed since the last time I was there. It used to be very organized. I'd always had good luck selling parts there because there were so few Mopar guys. I guess the last time I went to Turkey Rod Run was back in '95 though. I got married Nov 23rd in '96 and after that the Rod Run was kind of out of bounds due to the proximity to our Anniversary. We used to try and go on vacations that week.

Goody, thank you. I spent Saturday there with my two adult sons and we all left with the same opinion, "What a waste of time." that was the most unorganized event we have ever attended. I won't be back. I live in the Tampa Bay area and we attend the NSRA show in Tampa and althought it is smaller it actually has more to see and is organized quite well.
