Turn signal lever knob

My turn signal lever knob is missing since I've bought my Valiant 2 years ago. I now want to replace the knob with a new or used one but I surprisingly couldn't find one...? I have now searched for hours on the web but could only find the whole lever. Because I don't want to disassemble the steering column for a damn lever knob, I only want the plastic knob. Does anyone here know where I can get one? I feel stupid for asking this

We're talking about a 1974 Plymouth Valiant but that doesn't matter because all 1974 turn signal knobs were the same as far as I know.

Yes and no, it is easier to replace a knob but it's not that difficult to replace the lever pull the wheel

I don't believe the knob was ever available as a separate part as it's not supposed to come off.
