Turn signal light baffling!

All my lights work, turn signals including the fender mounted (A01 light package) except the pass side dash indicator. How can the fender mounted blinker work but not the dash? I have replaced the bulb, checked ok, and the circuit board and it still doesn't work.

I think it has to be the circuit board, or connections to the board. Might have a loose pin on the circuit board. Might have to solder the pins to work. Some sockets have a ground that is individual to that socket only, just a screw possibly missing.
