I've been thinking of doing a single turbo on my car lately(once the tranny issue is settled) and i was wondering:
1. has anyone had any experience with blow-through edelbrocks? http://www.theturboforums.com/threads/347067-Edelbrock-AFB-blow-thru-modifications-pics-vid
I found that thread and the process to modifiy one to handle boost looked surprisingly simple. Other than the issue of finding/making floats, but i wonder if one could use the brass floats filled& sealed with expanding foam.
and 2. has anyone used log style manifolds. I seems like that might be a simpler way to go for doing the setup and keeping power steering.
example of the log style manifolds:

Some of the honda forums i read seem to suggest that the log manifolds work really well up to 5500-6000rpm(typical rpm range of a v8), but start to fall on their face above that
