I have pretty well figured out that I will be putting a Holley 750 on top of my 360. What I would like to know is what kind of secondary's?

360 bored 40 over

comp cams XE268 with 1.6 rockers total lift of .514 lobe center 110*
Dynomax ceramic headers
Magnum heads p/p with 2.02 valves
MSD AL6 box

how much stall are you going to have?

believe it or not when I was running 11.80's with the 340 I ran a 750 Holley HP vac sec and it was quicker than my mech. If you do a vac sec right they work very well.

Hey Brett,

I have a TCI 2800 stall converter. One of the local speed shops specialize in Holley's and I will get them to set it up initially and as I learn more about how to do it I will do a little experimenting.

The one i'm looking at has a model number of 3310. When I go to the Holley site it lists 5 different 3310's that have a cfm of 750. Would any of these work on my setup?

Jack,

I had a HP series. Basically what I had was tricked out. I'm not sure all the stuff really helped in performance but ya know. The 3310 has many different set up's. If you have one yes it will work. The changes are very small between models. Once you get the motor running give me a call and we will set it up. Carbs are not that tuff if you have some basic knowledge. I got mine from Jessie at Bigs Performance. If I can't get you going Jessie will!

Thanks Brett,

But it looks like it will be next spring before I get this thing running. Still gathering parts and lots of other must do things on the home front sure puts a dent in the time to work on the car. When the time comes though you can expect a call.

the 3310 is a great street strip carb. My friend ran low 12s with a 397 c.i. stroker with one. My car had one on it for a while till the base plate cracked.

Well, we can always change jets and power valves until we get it perfect. Tinkering is half the fun isn't it. Makes people think you know what your doing.

Thats right. And with that said the rebuild kit for my 650 double pumper just showed up. Gotta go tinker with it ! :D
